At Bluextop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Used or damaged products not due to shipping.

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@bluextop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
