  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to many countries worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Bluextop is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect address information.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking it or resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate.

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will require a reshipping fee.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
